全脑缺血再灌注后迟发性神经元坏死与细胞因子bFGF的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨细胞因子 b FGF在迟发性神经元坏死时表达的动态变化及对中枢神经系统起到的保护与修复作用。方法 采用了 HE染色、尼氏染色、透射电镜、免疫组化及 RT- PCR等技术。结果 常规光镜及电镜观察均显示再灌注 1~ 7d额叶皮层及海马有不同程度的神经元变性、坏死。免疫组化学结果及 RT- PCR检测均显示皮层与海马区缺血组织 b FGF在缺血再灌注后呈明显阳性表达。结论 在脑缺血损伤 ,尤其是在发生迟发性神经元坏死时 b FGF可呈现明显强于正常脑组织的表达且贯穿于缺血再灌注全过程中。 b FGF在发生迟发性神经元坏死时 。 Objective To research the mobile changes of cell factors bFGF expression and the role in protect and repair function in CNS when delayed neuronal death. Methods Using HE stains, Niles stains, transmission electron microscope, immunohistochemistry and RT PCR technique etc. Results Light and electron microscope can both find the varying degrees neural denaturation and necrosis at ischemia reperfusion 1~7days, immunohistochemistry and RT PCR examine show that bFGF in cortex and hippocampal tissue significantly positive expressed in ischemia reperfusion. Conclusions bFGF significantly positive expressed when cerebral ischemia injure, specially while delayed neuronal death, it play an important roles in repair and protective function for CNS.
