摘要
目的 探讨银杏叶提取物防止帕金森病大鼠黑质细胞损伤的可能性。方法 通过帕金森病大鼠模型 ,采用 TUNEL法、 Nissl's染色、HE染色、旋转行为观察的方法 ,与对照组比较 ,观察模型成功后 EGb治疗 1 d、 5d、 1 0 d大鼠旋转行为及黑质病理变化。结果 EGb组黑质凋亡细胞数、旋转圈数均较 PD组减少 ,HE染色结构均得到改善。
Objective Explore the possibility of Ginkgo biloba extract (EGb) to relieve the ingjury of substantial nigra in Parkinson disease (PD). Methods After PD rats model were succeed, we used rotational behavior, TUNEL, Nissl body staining methods to evaluate the role of EGb to PD rats at 1d; 5d; 10d. Results In the contrary of the group of PD rats without EGb treatment, the rotational behavior, apoptosic nigral cells, Nissl body, electronicmicroscopic structure of the group of EGb treatment were ameliorated effectively. Conclusions EGb may mitigate the injury of substantial nigra evidently.
