黄瓜亲本遗传距离与F_1产量优势相关关系的研究 被引量:7

摘要 报道了黄瓜亲本遗传距离 (D2 )与杂种产量优势的相关系数。研究结果表明 ,在D2 <1 0时 ,超中优势(H1)和离中优势 (H2 )与D2 的相关系数分别为 0 .5 762 和 0 .41 5 8 ,D2 >1 0时 ,相关系数为 0 .0 469和-0 .5 1 0 8,即在一定范围内 ,杂种优势随亲本遗传距离的增大而增强 ;试验根据双亲遗传距离大小选配亲本 ,预测杂种产量优势的准确率达到 75 % (H1)和 78.6% (H2 ) ;与配合力预测方法相比较 ,依据配合力选配的组合有 84.6%在遗传距离预测范围内。认为遗传距离可以作为黄瓜优势育种中亲本选配的依据之一。 The relationship between parents' genetic distance and heterosis of F 1 hybrid of cucumber were reported. The results showed that at the range of D 2<10 the coefficients between D 2 and H 1[H 1=(F 1-MP)/MP],H 212〔(F 1-MP)/(P 1-P 2)〕] were 0.5762 ** and 0.4158 ** respectively, while those were 0.0469 and -0.5108 at the range of D 2>10. That supposed that parents with greater genetic distance often produced more amount of heterosis in their F 1 hybrid at certain range of D 2. The accuracy of heterosis predicting about H 1 and H 2 by genetic distance was 75% and 78.6%; and 84.6% combinations selected according to combining ability could be predicted by genetic distance. So genetic distance could be one of bases on parent selecting in cucumber heterosis breeding. were 0.5762 ** and 0.4158 ** respectively, while those were 0.0469 and -0.5108 at the range of D 2>10.
