摘要
在月季展叶期叶面喷施 3.3mL·L-1叶面肥 112 5 ,以清水为对照 ,探讨了叶面肥 112 5对月季生长发育及衰老生理的影响。结果表明 :叶面肥 112 5能协调月季营养生长和生殖生长的关系 ,使月季株高、茎粗分别比对照增加 11.9% ,9.5 % ;叶片鲜、干重分别增加 7.4 % ,5 .7% ;叶面积和单枝叶片数比对照分别减少了 5 .5 % ,11.1% ;叶绿素含量和比叶重的增加与对照相比差异均达到极显著水平 ;延缓月季花的衰老 ,使其单朵花期比对照延长 3d ;其花径在蕾期和半开期都有所增大 ,从盛开期到衰败期与对照相比 ,差异达到显著水平 ;明显增加花瓣数、降低黄萎病的发病率、病情指数与对照相比差异均达到极显著水平 ;叶面肥 112 5处理的月季花 ,其超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性从蕾期到衰败期与对照相比差异均达到极显著水平。
An experiment was carried out to study the effect of 1125 on Rosa hybrida, based on the first two years' research. In the experiment leaf surface was sprayed with 3.3mL.L 1 solution of 1125 from leaf spreading period. He results showed that 1125 cold coordinate the relationship of nutrition and reproduction growth of China rose, and plant height and stem width of China rose could increase by 11.9% and 9.5%, compared with those sprayed with water. Leaf fresh and dry weight could increase by 7.4% and 5.7%. Leaf area and leaf number of single stem reduced by 5.5% and 11.1%. Chlorophyll content and specific leaf weight of China rose achieved extreme striking standard. 1125 cold delay feebleness and extend flowering date. Stem increased in alabastrum appearing period and half opening period, achieving striking standard in flower filling and declining period. Occurrence and development of Fusarium was markedly inhibited by 1125. Its disease rate dropped to extreme striking standard. 1125 had great effect on physiological and biochemical index of China rose. China rose SOD activity achieved extreme striking standard in its various periods. Protein content increased in various periods and in declining period it increased 11.5% at the most. All sugar content increased in various periods and the maximum was 17.0% in half opening period.
