摘要
环境侵权行为与一般侵权行为有显著的不同 ,环境侵权行为具有不平等性、不可互换性、社会妥当性、合法性、间接性、继续性、反复性、广阔性、累积性等特点。针对环境侵权行为 ,建议从制订和完善环境资源的法律法规。
Environmental infringement, which differs significantly from ordinary ones, has the characteristics of unequalness, uninterchangeability, social appropriateness, legality, indirectness, continuity, repetition, broadness and accumulation. In order to stop it, measures need to be taken to make and perfect relevant laws and give more publicity.
