摘要 在实验室玻璃水族箱和塑料桶中,观察了不同盐度条件下牙鲆(Paralichthys oliva-ceus)幼鱼的存活率、生长和饵料转换效率,并测定了耗氧率。结果表明:将牙鲆幼鱼从盐度32的海水中直接移入低盐水中,在盐度8以上48h存活率均为100%;经驯化后盐度为2时才出现死亡。盐度为16、24、32时牙鲆幼鱼生长较快,盐度为24时生长最快,盐度为8时生长最慢。饵料转换效率在盐度24、16时最高,盐度32时次之,盐度8时最低。耗氧率在盐度24时最低,盐度8时最高。另外,实验表明低盐度有利于牙鲆白化病的康复。 The growth, feed conversion efficiency, survival rates and oxygen consumption ofParalichthys olivaceus juveniles were studied at different salinities. The results showed thatwhen the fish were directly translated from salinity of 32 to 8 and more than 8, the survivalrates were 100% in 48 hrs. If the fish was acclimatized, it began occurring death at salinity of2. The fish grew fast at salinity of 16-32, especially at salinity of 24. Feed conversion effi-ciency varied as salinity changed, and the highest one was at salinity of 24, 16, followed by32, and the lowest one was 8. Oxygen consumption was the lowest at salinity of 24, increasedat 16, 32, and the highest one was at salinity of 8, It was found that low salinity was benefit forreducing albinism rate.
