摘要
在室温下,研究了不同有效氯浓度对新月菱形藻、扁藻、球等鞭金藻和湛江等鞭金藻种群增长的影响,以及在 10 mg/L的有效氯浓度下,不同接种时间对扁藻种群增长的影响。结果表明:1mg/L以上的有效氯对单胞藻的种群增长已产生了抑制作用,随着有效氯浓度的增加,其抑制作用增强。几种饵料藻类对有效氯的耐受顺序为:等鞭金藻>扁藻>新月菱形藻。有效氯对单胞藻的毒性作用不但与有效氯的初始浓度有关,而且与有效氯的衰减密切相关。有效氯浓度相同时,对单胞藻生长的抑制作用随接种时间的延后而减小。
The influence of different concentrations of effective chlorine on population growths ofNitzschia closterium, Platymonas sp. , Dicrateria sp. and Isochrysis sp. was determined in roomtemperature. And the influence of concentration of effective chlorine by 10 mg/L on populationgrowth of Platymonas sp. was determined at the time of different inoculation. The results show:That effective chlorine has restrained the population growth of unicellular algae if the concentra-tion of effective chlorine was higher than 1 mg/L. With the increase in concentration of effec-tive chlorine, the effect of restraining is more and more remarkable. The growing rate of unicel-lular algae changed from positive number to negative number. The tolerance of common dietaryalgae to effective chlorine was concluded by the comparison with the growing rate of the differ-ent algae, that is Dicrateria sp. , Isochrysis sp. > Platymonas sp. > Nitzschia closterium. Thetoxicity of effective chlorine to unicellular algae is connected not only with the initial concentra-tion of effective chlorine, but also with the attenuation of effective chlorine. Attenuation of ef-fective chlorine increases with reduction in initial concentration of effective chlorine, high tem-perature , increase in COD and light and decrease in pH. If the concentration of effective chlo-rine is identical, the restraining of effective chlorine to growth of unicellular algae is shorterwith the latter of inoculation.
