硝苯啶对血浆血栓烷B_2与6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)平衡作用的影响 被引量:1

Effects of nifedipine on plasma TXB_2 and 6-K-PGF_(1α) bal-ance

摘要 22例冠心病患者(男18例,女4例;年龄65±5yr)用硝苯啶5mg,tid,po,4wk为一个疗程;服药前、后分别作血浆血栓烷B_2(TXB_2)、6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)(6-K-PGF_(1α))和血清脂质测定。发现平均TXB_2浓度明显降低,6-K-PGF_(1α)浓度改变不明显,从而使6-K-PGF_(1α)/TXB_2比值明显增加(P<0.01);同时发现HDL-ch浓度升高,LDL-ch浓度下降,证明硝苯啶对冠心病防治有益。 Nifedipine 5 mg tid, po, 4 wk as a course, was given to 22 patients with coronary.disease (M18,F4; age 65±5, yr). The concentration of plasma TXB2, 6-K-PGF1a and serum lipids. before and after the treatment were determined. The average concentration of TXB2 decreased markedly (597±227-373±133pmol/L) and 6-K-PQF1a changed a little, (46±17-51±17pmol/L). Consequently, the ratio of 6-K-PGF1a/ TXB2 rose significantly(0.08±;0.06-0.14±0.06) P<0.01. This indicates that nifedipine effects beneficially, the discordance of ,K/T proportion. Meanwhile, the elevated concentration of high density lipoproteins-cholesterol (HDL-ch) and the declined concentration of low density lipoproteins-cholesterol (LDL-ch) were found. These prove that it can also regulate the discordance .of lipid metabolism. It suggests that nifedipine is helpful in preventing and treating coronary disease.
