甘草甜素治疗流行性乙型脑炎38例

Treatment of epidemic encephalitis B with glycyrrhizin in 38 children

本文报道常规治疗加用甘草甜素(强力宁)2mL/(kg·d)于5％葡萄糖250mL静滴治疗流行性乙型脑炎38例,男23例,女15例,年龄8mo-7yr,平均3.4±SD1.8yr。治愈好转率95％,而对照组为83％。未发现明显副作用,提示甘草甜素可增加乙脑的治愈好转率。

Thirty-eight children with epidemic encephalitis B(M 23, F 15, age 8 mo to 7 yr (3.4± 1.8yr) )received glycyrrhizin 2mL/(kg.d) in 10% glucose 250 mL iv, totally 4 to 7d in addition to conventional therapy, while 46 children using conventional therapy alone. The curative effect for the former was 95% and for the latter 83%. The difference was especially significant in severe cases. No obvious adverse reactions were seen. It is suggested that glycyrrhizin is helpful for the treatment of this disease.
