头孢替安治疗呼吸和泌尿生殖系感染50例及体外抗菌作用

Treatment of 50 patients with respiratory and urogenital infections with cefotiam and study of its antibacterial actions in vitro

本文报道头孢替安的体外抗菌活性、临床疗效和安全性。结果表明头孢替安对部分金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)和其他革兰阳性球菌和多数肠杆菌科细菌有良好抗菌作用。本品用于呼吸系、泌尿生殖系等感染50例(男22,女28,平均年龄31±25yr),成人2-6g/d,分2-3次静滴,儿童50-100mg/(kg·d),分2次静滴,疗程一般7-14d。治疗结果总有效率90％(其中痊愈率达62％)。不良反应较少见。

A study on microbiology, clinical efficacy and safety of cefotiam was undertaken. Cefotiam has good activity on Staphylococcus aureus, other gram-positive cocci and enterobacteriaceae. It was given to 50 patients (M 22, F 28; age 31±25yr) with respiratory tract and urogenital tract infections. The dosages were 2-6g/d for adults and 50-100mg/(kg.d) for children intravenously in 2-3 divided doses for 7-14d. Total response rate was 90% (cure rate being 62%). Adverse reactions were rare.
