摘要
辨析开放教育话语权利 ,科学地界定出我区开放教育所属层级 ,从而明确我区现阶段自主学习所要完成的总体目标和操作方略。
Through to differentiate and analyse the open-education right of expression, we can scientifically make a clear distinction at which stages of open-education in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It will make us know about the basic aim we shall fulfil and the general plan we shall operate at the stage of independent and initative study in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
