On the Relations between WTO and American Law

WTO体制与美国贸易法有密切的关系 ,它的产生、制度变迁 ,尤其是其主流价值观受美国法的影响很大。对二者关系的考察有助于我们认识WTO制度与价值观的演变矛盾 。

The WTO regime relates closely to the U.S. trade acts. Its establishment, institutional change,especially the main aspect of its values are very much influenced by American law. To inspect the relations between both of them will help us to recognize the evolving contradiction between WTO institution and values,and to grasp firmly in practice its political-economical essence.
