摘要
法律人才培养的价值取向 ,应定位在培养具有全球视角和具有国际竞争力的高素质应用型人才上 ,这是法律全球化的必然要求。应对法律全球化 ,必须构建法律人才培养模式。“SCST模式”是一种“自学”、“案例分析”、“讨论辩论”、“司法实践”四合一的应用型人才培养模式。践行“SCST模式”必须转变教育观念 ,排除思想障碍 ,转变教师职能 ,提高教师素质 。
Law globalization requires that we cultivate high quality practical personnel with global perspectives and internativnally competitive force. To face globalization,we must construction law Practical Personnel Patten. SCST Pattern is a comprehensive law education system which includes Self-teaching, Case Analyzing, Discussing and Debating, and Judicial Practising. It tends to train global-viewed and inter-nationally competitive professional jurists. To practise this pattern, we heed to change our sense, remove the obstacles in our minds, transform teachers' function, improve teachers' quality, and to set up law courses system and teaching material from the point of law globalization.
