摘要
1912~ 192 7年 ,是中国现代教育立法的发展阶段。这个阶段的教育立法 ,已基本涉及到规范各级各类教育、教育设施条件及教育管理的各方面 ;并因为受当时的政治制度、法律制度及政局变化的影响和制约 ,显示出与清末教育立法不同的显著特色。它对中国现代教育的推进与巩固 ,起过积极的作用。
From 1912 to 1927 is the development stage of modern pedagogical legislation. It has involved the standardized education with various levels, pedagogical infrastructure, and pedagogical management. Influenced and bound by the political system, law system and turbulent political scene, it shows outstanding features, which has a critical difference with pedagogical legislation in the late of Qing Dynasty.
