摘要
叙述了国内外对生物电磁效应、果蔬静电贮藏技术的研究现状 。
This paper analyses the present situation of research on biological electromagnetic effectiveness and preservation technology of fruits and vegetables under high voltage electrostatic field both domestic and abroad. Based on the experiments and study, the application and further research directions of this technology are presented.
