摘要
在湖南省特定的山区环境孕育下 ,山洪灾害频繁 ,其主要类型多为以饱和产流为主的暴雨山洪灾害。且在致灾过程中 ,具有明显的共生性与放大性 ,在空间上表现为地域性与局地性 ,在时间上表现为突发性与持续性 ,以致水沙流体致灾形式多 ,灾情参重 ,已成为山区经济运行系统中的一大环境障碍。
Hunan Province is a region with frequent montain torrent disaster.On the specific conditions of pregnant disaster, the heavy rain floods caused by the saturated discharge and karst topography are the nain kins. In the proceeding of disaster, the features of intergrowth and enlargement are obvious, they always take place uneapectedly and continuously in certain region. So there are many kinds of forms scused by the fluid of water and sand. The serious disaster caused by mountain torrent floods has been a huge obstruction in the economy system, revolving in mountain regions.
