摩托车催化器快速老化台架试验评估的研究

摘要 对摩托车催化器使用寿命的快速考核研究在国际上仍在探讨中,国内尚属空白。根据国内外汽车催化器性能台架评价方法,结合摩托车工作特点,建立了摩托车催化器快速老化台架评估试验装置,进行了研究试验。文中报道了研究的试验装置,快速老化模式以及老化前后空燃比、起燃温度、起燃时间等特性的台架试验结果。 There are many differences between catalytic converters for motorcycles and for automobiles,so the evaluation methods are different.By now,there is no national standard for motorcycles catalytic converters.Based on experiences of auto catalytic converter evaluation home and abroad,devices for motorcycle catalytic converter fast aging have been developed.Air/Fuel ratio property,light-off temperature property and light-off time property tested on bench before and after the fast aging are described in this paper.
