摘要
随着铁路运输技术水平的跨越提高 ,针对 GB5 5 99- 1985《铁道车辆动力学性能评定和试验鉴定规范》在运用实践中存在的不足 ,对《规范》中的试验条件、试验要求、评定内容提出修订建议 。
With the leap improvement of technological level of railway transport,in view of the insufficiency in operation and practice of GB5599 1985 Railway vehicles Specification for evaluation of the dynamic performance and accreditation test,the suggestions on the test conditions,test requirements and evaluation of the contents of the Specification are given,and relative standards abroad are introduced.
