结合拖轮全回转式推进装置操纵系统的故障特点和故障判断、处理的经验体会 ,提出了操纵系统故障的判断、测试和处理的一般方法以及在日常管理过程中应注意的问题。

With the knowledge of diagnosis for faults of rotary propulsion apparatus operating system and exprience of dealing with such faults,this paper gives some general methods to diagnose,test and deal with these faults;problems to be noticed in daily management are also mentioned.
