This paper puts forward an optimum me thod by computing the priority coefficient of each working procedure to limit resources and imp lement the optimization of the shortest time limit for a project.The opti-mum method enables this type of optim ization to change the qualitative op timization into the quantitative on e and provides a new way for it.
