摘要
研究路网上新建编组站的合理位置选择和既有编组站技术改造项目选择的综合优化问题。通过设计两组 0 - 1决策变量 ,构造了该问题的多项目决策数学规划模型。其目标函数是最小化项目投资和车流改编、集结费用。由于可能的编组站投资方案是一个很大的比选数目 ,每一种投资方案组合又要计算相对应的车流组织费用 ,故该模型的复杂度很高。
This paper describes a multi project decision model to determine the location and size of some new classification yard or planning for the prospective technical profile of some existing yard with budget constraint. The objective function is to minimize the total costs of investment and routing the given traffic flow when different reclassification operating and frequency delay assumptions are made about the location of the new yards or renew some yards. Since a large set of possible locations and sizes of yards may result in considerable computation, some constraints of relative investment are add to the model to decrease the number of patterns of combinatorial investment.
