编组站运营管理指标体系研究

Study on operation management indexes system for marshalling yards

详细分析既有编组站运营管理中存在的问题和实施方法存在的不足。根据《铁路国有企业资产经营责任制暂行办法》和编组站生产过程及其产品特点 ,提出一套以经济效益为中心、内部模拟市场经营的运营指标体系 ,使编组站的管理者和经营者能够直观地了解编组站的运营状况 ,并通过分析运营指标体系内各元素的变化 ,及时采取相应措施 ,改善编组站工作 ,达到经济效益最大化的目标。

The demerits of being used operation management and practice in existing marshalling yards are analyzed. According to the' Provisional Formula on Property Operation Responsibility of State Owned Railway Enterprises'and the characeristics of marshalling yards' operating processes and their products,this paper provides a new set of operation management indexes system based on economic profits and market economy. By using this new set of operation management indexes system,the administer and manager can understand the operation status of marshalling yards and make the suitable methods to improve the operation so as to achieve the economic target.
