摘要
知识经济时代 ,知识成为企业核心竞争力的源泉。知识和知识管理对企业的作用越来越突出。知识的价值和知识管理目标的实现 ,依靠有效的知识管理模式来支撑。本文通过对知识管理的分解 (形成知识管理的活动组合 ) ,分析了IT(InformationTechnology)技术支持知识管理的缺陷 ,提出了KBS(Knowledge -basedSystem)的设计、开发和评价思路。
Knowledge has been becoming the source of corporate core competence. The roles of knowledge and knowledge management are becoming more and more outstanding in corporations. Whether the value of knowledge and the objective of knowledge management can be achieved relies on the support of efficient means. This paper, on the basis of the composition of knowledge management, analyzes the defects of IT technology and provides thinking about the design, development and evaluation of KBS.
