对以德治国、德法并举治国方略的思考

Governing the State by Means of Virtue and Law

依法治国和以德治国相结合 ,法德同构、德法并举是党在新时期提出的具有战略意义的新的治国方略。本文从法治和德治的关系出发 ,依据马克思主义关于法和道德的经典论述 ,结合我国道德和法制建设的实际 ,借鉴中外历史上的治国经验 ,对以德治国、德法并举的治国方略进行了分析研究。

Governing the nation by means of virtue and law simultaneously is a policy of strategic importance at the new period of time. In terms of Marxist classics and the interaction of law and virtues and based on the experience of other countries and the actual construction of virtue and legal system within the country, this paper attempts to conduct an analysis of the strategically basic policy of the management of the nation.
