It is of vital importance to form the stiffness matrix and mass matrix in the analysis of dynamic problems. So, in this paper, the choice of structural shape function is concerned about, various kinds of shape functions for isoparametric element are presented, and it is shown that the method introduced here is effective and accurate by using the certification of some ensamples.
