分布式敏捷化虚拟企业的利益分配原则应遵循互惠互利，风险补偿，多劳多得，民主决策，科学分配等原则，通过冲突协商，相互让步，不断改变满意度来寻找最佳分配方案。
The profit distribution of distributed ready virtual enterprises should follow the principles of reciprocity,risk compensation,more pay for more work,democratic decision,and scientific distribution.The best distribution plan can be found only if the members can make some negotiation and concessions when disagreement arises.
