摘要
文章根据管理心理学、行政管理学的有关理论 ,结合高等学校管理工作的实际情况 ,从品德、知识、能力。
According to the related theory about the managing psychology and the administration subject, this article makes a systematic analysis on giving play to non enforcement influence of managing staff in colleges and universities and fulfilling its managing function from moral character, knowledge,ability and emotion with the actual situation of managing work in colleges and universities.
