摘要
金工教师工作积极性的高与低将直接影响到教学的效果 ,知识经济和“双因素理论”为充分调动金工教师的积极性提供了现实基础和理论指导。文章从教师和学校两个方面分析入手 。
The working initiative of manufacturing engineering teachers has an important effect on the teaching efficiency directly. Knowledge-driven economy and 'two-factor theory' provide realistic basis and guiding theory for arousing the initiative of manufacturing engineering teachers. The thesis treats its subjective and objective factors from two aspects-teachers and college.
