This paper outlines the following laws to be grasped and adhered to in quality education for college students: The formation and development of college student's quality is acquired in a wide range of social life and results from the comprehensive action of a lot of factors, such as school, family and society; The formation and development of college student's quality is a process, which advances step by step and from low-level to high-level; The formation and development of college student's quality must depend upon practice; The formation and development of college student's quality is affected and restricted by campus environment; In the formation and development of college student's quality, the external causes serve as prerequisite for change and the internal causes serve as inner power for change. Furthermore, the external causes become operative through the internal causes; The formation and development of college student's quality is affected by his or her individuality difference.
