The Empirical Base of Natural Science and The Practical Concept of Science

经验与陈述的关系并非归纳或演绎的逻辑关系。实际上，所谓经验与陈述之间的鸿沟只是表象主义科学观提出的一个假问题。科学本质上是一种介人性的实践活动，因此，对于新的实践科学观来说，该问题是不存在的。这种新的科学观念产生了一系列新的结果。

The connection between experience and proposition is not logical, namely, neither inductive nor de- ductive.In fact, the so-called question of the logical gulf between them is an artificial one raised by the repre- sentationalistic concept of science. Given that science is essentially a kind of intervening practice, however, there is no such a question for the new practical concept of science, which has produced a series of new conse- quences.
