摘要
高等教育收费,是扩大教育规模,改善办学条件,促进高校教育事业发展的重要举措。要使高等教育收费纳入正常轨道,必须采取有效的管理措施。
High education charge is major means to enlarge education scale, improve operational conditions and promote the development of high education. Thus efficient management must be conducted to bring high education charge into right course.
