大学精神是大学在长期的发展过程中所形成的约束大学行为的价值和规范体系,以及体现这种价值和规范体系的独特气质。在大学发展中,大学精神发挥着凝聚、激励、导向、保障和环境营造作用。
University spirit is a set of values and behavior norms as well as the unique disposition that embodies the values and norms. University spirit is the soul of a university and plays an important in its development.
