下颌骨尤文瘤的诊断与治疗(附4例报告)

Diagnosis and Traetment of Ewing's Sarcoma in Mandible

目的 进一步探讨颌骨尤文瘤的诊断和治疗方法,提高临床医生对该病的认识和诊治水平。方法 对一组颌骨尤文瘤病例进行分析及资料复习并加以讨论。结果 本组病例均发生在下颌骨,年龄均在15岁以下,在临床上均未被明确诊断。手术配合综合治疗为主,随访结果生存期均在5年以下。结论 颌骨尤文瘤是一种最为致命的骨恶性肿瘤之一,在临床上常易被误诊,应以综合治疗为主。

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of Ewing's sarcoma in mandible.Methods 4 cases with Ewing's sarcoma of Mandible were analyzed and the related articles were reviewed and discussed.Results All the cases occurred in mandible, and were treated with synthetic therapy. Their survival time was less than 5 years. Conclusion Ewing' s Sarcoma of Mandible was one of the most malignent tumors in bone. It was often misdiagnosed, so it must be treated with synthetic therapy.
