摘要
目的 比较整体铸造金属基托全口义齿（PCMBCD）与纯塑料基托全口义齿（RBCD）的临床应用情况。方法 分别检测患者戴牙至少半年后两种义齿的咀嚼效能、义齿性口炎发生率以及满意程度。结果PCMBCD的咀嚼效能比RBCD的高（P<0.001）,而它的义齿性口炎发生率却远低于RBCD的（P<0.001）,患者戴牙后的满意程度也是前者高于后者（P<0.001）。结论 提示整体铸造金属基托全口义齿可能较传统的纯塑料基托全口义齿更适用于临床。
Objective To compare with the clinical application between one piece casting metal base complete denture and resin base complete denture. Methods The masticatory efficiency, denture stomatitis and patient's satisfaction degree were investigated respectively after wearing denture at least half of one year. Results The masticatory efficiency, and patient's satisfaction degree of one piece casting metal base complete denture were significantly higher than those of resin base complete denture ( P < 0.001) while denture stomatitis was significantly lower than that of resin base complete denture. Conclusion It suggested that the one piece casting metal base complete denture was more effective in clinical application than resin base complete denture.
