摘要
根据纱线在织造过程中的受力情况 ,设计了由磨头、往复机构、磨面转换机构、光电检测机构和计算机处理系统组成的纱线耐磨试验装置 ,通过试验分析了张力、摩擦速度对纱线耐磨性能的影响。试验结果表明 :该纱线耐磨试验装置能准确测定纱线的耐磨性能 ,为检测纱线质量、改进纺纱工艺提供了较为先进的检测手段。
Based on the bearing force of yarn in weaving, A new test device of yarn abrasion is designed, and the device consists of abrasion body, reciprocating parts, abrasion face switching parts, photo electricity inspecting system and computer processing system. The abrasion resistance affected by yarn tension and friction speed is tested on this device. The results show that the device can test the abrasion resistance of yarn accurately, and it will become an advanced instrument for quality inspection and spinning improvement.
