摘要
对塑料电镀前处理传统工艺进行了改进 ,把塑料表面的“敏化、活化”合为一步进行。与传统工艺比较 ,新工艺具有工艺简单、生产效率高、处理成本低、镀层结合强度符合GB/T12 6 0 90质量要求、无污染等优点 。
An innovative technique for the electroplating on plastics which combines the sensitizing and activating steps into one has been developed. Compared with the conventional technique, it is simple,efficient,cheap, practical and without pollution. The adhesive strength between the plastic substrate and the metallic plate is in accord with the Chinese National Standard GB/T1260 90.
