摘要 提出了一种基于小波模型的电液伺服系统故障诊断法.即在电液伺服系统正常情况下,构造一个离散小波变换形式的模型.利用这个模型,通过比较健康信号和系统实际产生的信号,产生一个残差信号,并对残差信号进行适当处理,从初始故障到严重故障,可以有效地得到监测. This paper presents a wavelet model-based fault diagnostic method in Electro-hydraulic servo sys-tem. In this approach, a model in DWT form is built for the Electro-hydraulic servo system at its healthy con-dition. This model is used to generate a residual signal by comparing the healthy signal and the signal in the running system. By processing the residual signal properly, faults from incipient fault to serious fault can be detected effectively.
