摘要
通过分析KDP(磷酸二氢钾)晶体处于顺电相时结构的对称性,说明其所属点群为 D2d(42m)的真正原因,并利用晶体的压电效应加以验证,然后用于讨论KDP晶体的线性 电光效应,说明它由单轴晶到双轴晶的转变.
Through analyzing the structural symmetry of Potassium Didydrogen-phosphate (KDP) crystal in paraelectric phase, illustrate the real reason of the point group D2D which it belongs to. Utilize its piezoelectric effect to confirm. Then study its linear electro-optical effect using above results. Explain the transition from uniaxial to biaxial crystal.
