摘要
利用配置烟道气驯化含微藻的泥水混合试样 ,分离出对高浓度CO2 条件有很强适应力的微藻ZY 1,并对该藻的培养特性进行了测定·微藻ZY 1属小球藻属·微藻ZY 1在CO2 的体积分数从 10 %到 15 %的范围内有较高生长力 ,在CO2 的体积分数为 10 %时 ,生长最好·微藻ZY 1对温度、气体流速、pH值等物理条件也有很宽的适应范围 ,在温度为 2 5~ 30℃、流速为 0 2 5~0 75L·min-1、pH4~ 6范围内 ,生长基本稳定·在培养条件为 10 %CO2 、2 5℃、pH5 0时 ,微藻ZY 1的增长率最高 ,CO2 的固定率平均值为 0 397% ·上述结果表明 ,利用该藻固定烟道气温室气体具有一定的可行性·
The ZY 1 strain, identified as genus Chlorella , was isolated from soil water mixture samples as a source of microalgae. Through an enrichment culture using the reproduced stack gases, the cultural characteristics of the ZY 1 strain were determined. The ZY 1 strain functions under the CO 2 enriched atmospheric conditions that CO 2 volume fractions are from 10% to 15%, and it shows maximum growth when CO 2 volume fraction is 10%. The ZY 1 strain shows a good growth rate in a broad range of physical conditions including air flowing rate, temperature and pH value. It has steady growth at the flow of 0 25~0 75?L·min -1 , 25~30?℃ and pH4~6. The optimum cultural conditions seems to be 10% CO 2, 25?℃, pH5 0 with the CO 2 utilization efficiency of 0 397%. These indicate the feasibility of fixing greenhouse gases from the stack gases with the ZY 1 strain.
