政策评估是政策运行过程中重要的一环 ,而政策评估标准直接决定评估的方向和结果是否正确、是否科学、是否符合实际。合法性标准、投入产出标准、系统功能标准。

It is an important ring in the policy operating course that the policy is assessed , and the standards that the policy is assessed directly decide that both the direction and the result of the assessment are whether correct,scientific or not and whether fit reality or not. The legal standard , the input-output standard , the system function standard and the social fair and developing standard are the major standards that the policy is assessed.
