改革开放以来我们已经历了二次大的思想解放。江泽民同志在“七一”讲话中全面阐述了“三个代表”重要思想 ,提出了要增强党的阶级基础和扩大群众基础 ,判断人们政治上先进与落后的标准的新观点 。

With the reform and the opening to the world,we have experienced the great ideological emancipation twice.Mr.Jiang Ze-ming has fully set forth the important mind on 'Three Representatives'in his speech on July 1st.He has put forward the new viewpoints of strengthening the class and mass basis of the Party and has put forward the standards of judging whether a person is advanced or backward, which promotes the third ideological emancipation in China.
