摘要
介绍球差自动测量系统的结构及工作原理。采用 CCD将刀口阴影图细分后经图像去噪、锐化处理 ,实现阴影图中亮 -暗环分界位置的精确定位 ,步进电机配合精密螺杆在计算机控制下可对刀口的位置进行精密控制。系统实现了对球差的快速、客观。
The structure and working principle of auto-measuring system are discussed. The boundary between bright ring and dark ring of the knife-edge's shadow-pattern can be accurately positioned after the image is been fractionized by CCD, the image noise is been taken off, and its sharpness is been amplified.Under the control of computer,the step motor and the precise screw makes it possible to accurately control the position of the knife-edge.The quick, objective and accurate measurement for the sphesical aberration is realized by the system.
