抗SSA和SSB抗体与HLA-Ⅱ基因的相关性分析 被引量:2

Association of HLA-DRB1,DQA1,DQB1 alleles and haplotypes with anti-SSA/SSB of systemic lupus erythematosus in Yunnan Han people

摘要 目的 探讨云南汉族系统性红斑狼疮 (SLE)患者抗SSA和SSB抗体与HLA DRB1、DQA1、DQB1等位基因及单体型的相关性。方法 采用多聚酶链反应 序列特异性引物 (PCR SSP)技术对 6 3例云南汉族SLE患者和 5 4名同民族健康对照进行DRB1、DQA1、DQB1基因分型。结果 云南汉族SLE患者中DR15 (P <0 0 1)、DR16 (P <0 0 5 )、DQA1 0 10 2 (P <0 0 5 )、DQA1 0 10 3(P<0 0 1)、DQB1 0 6 0 1(P <0 0 5 )等位基因频率明显增高 ;抗SSA和SSB抗体阳性的SLE病人中DQA1 0 10 3频率均显著增高 (P =0 0 42 ,P =0 0 0 6 ) ;抗SSB抗体阳性的SLE患者中DQA1 0 5 0 1频率均显著增高 (P =0 0 0 9)。结论 云南汉族SLE抗SSA和SSB抗体的产生与DQA1 0 10 3等位基因相关 ;抗SSB抗体的产生还与DQA1 0 5 0 1相关。 Objective To investigate the association of HLA DRB1,DQA1,DQB1 alleles and haplotypes with anti SSA/SSB of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Method PCR SSP genotyping method was conducted in 63 patients with SLE and 54 health controls of Han nationality from Yunnan province.Results DR15 ( P <0 01),DR16 ( P <0 05),DQA10102 ( P <0 05),DQA10103 ( P <0 01) and DQB10601 ( P <0 05) gene frequencies were significantly higher in SLE patients than in controls.The patients with positive anti SSA/SSB have significantly increased frequencies of DQA10103 alleles( P =0 042, P =0 006);the patients with positive anti SSB also have significantly increased frequence of DQA10501 ( P =0 009).Conclusion HLA DQA10103,DQA10501 have positive association with anti SSA/SSB of SLE in Yunnan Han people.
