摘要
目的 研究制定军队汽车驾驶员驾驶适性测评标准。 方法 对 132 0名现职驾驶员进行了 14项心理测验 ,制定驾驶适性测验的单项及综合评价标准 ,并用 12 1名新训驾驶员的总评成绩对综合评价标准进行验证和检验。 结果 该标准可以用于预测新训驾驶员的训练效果。结论 驾驶适性测验及其评价标准可用于选拔新训驾驶员 ,提高训练效果 。
Objective To study the evaluation standard for driving aptitude test in army drivers. Methods Fourteen psychological tests were administered to 1 320 in service drivers. Both individual and synthetical standards were made. The synthetical standard was verified and tested with the total scores of 121 newly trained drivers. Results The synthetical standard was valid in predicting the training achievements. Conclusions The driving aptitude test and the standard can be used in selecting new drivers, improving training effect, guiding driving allocation and administering drivers scientifically.
