摘要
目的 :探讨选择性凋亡在戊四氮所致慢性癫疒间形成中的作用。方法 :采用免疫组化及原位末端标记双标技术观察海马γ 氨基丁酸 (GABA)能神经元、谷氨酸 (Glu)能神经元各自凋亡情况。结果 :GABA能神经元凋亡数明显高于Glu能神经元凋亡数 ,两者比较有显著性差异。结论 :在癫形成期间脑内可能通过某种机制引发了细胞程序性死亡过程 ,选择性地引起GABA能神经元凋亡占优势 ,打破了兴奋与抑制性神经递质之间的平衡 。
Aim:To explore the role of selective neuron apoptosis in the pathogenesis of chronic epilepsy induced by pentylenetetrazol.Methods:The selective apoptosis of neurons in hippocampus of epileptic rats was observed by using double staining(immunohistochemistry and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated dUTP biotin nick end labeling)methods.Results:The amount of apoptosis of GABA ergic neuron was much higher than that of Glu ergic neuron.Conclusion:The balance of GABA ergic and Glu ergic neurons regulated by programmed cell death may be related to the pathogenesis of chronic epilepsy induced by pentylenetetrazol.
