摘要
目的 :探讨以毛细管电泳 紫外检测方法分析血浆同型半胱氨酸 (homocysteine,Hcy)水平及其与急性脑梗死的联系。方法 :对43例皮质脑梗死患者及 42名健康对照者采用本方法测定血浆Hcy水平。结果 :测血Hcy水平 ,洗脱时间 6 6min ,标准品检测相关系数 0 968(P <0 0 2 ) ,回吸收率 90 6 % ,批内、批间变异系数分别 6 7%和 7 3 % ;患者组血Hcy水平 [(1 9 3± 6 0 ) μmol·L- 1 ]显著高于正常对照者 [(1 3 7± 5 4) μmol·L- 1 ] (P <0 0 0 1 )。结论 :毛细管电泳 紫外检测技术可用于检测血Hcy。
Aim:To investigate the new method with capillary electrophoresis ultraviolet detection to determining the plasma Hcy and its relation to acute cerebral infarction Methods:The plasma Hcy level in the 43 patients with cortical cerebral infarction and in the 42 healthy controls were determined with this method.Results:To determine plasma Hcy levels with the method:the washing time was 6 6 min,the correlative index of standard reagent determination was 0 968( P <0 02), the reabsorption ratio was 90 6%,the variance indexes within and among the samples were 6 7% and 7 3%,respectively.The plasma Hcy level in the patients(19 3±6 0 μmol·L -1 )was significantly higher than that in the controls(13 7±5 4) μmol·L -1 ( P <0 001).Conclusion:The capillary electrophoresis ultraviolet detection is a way to determine the plasma Hcy.And the high level of plasma Hcy is a risk factor for the atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.
