还原型辅酶NADH对辐射后小鼠外周血及脾组织学改变的影响

摘要 目的 探讨NADH对小鼠受照后 ,外周血白细胞和免疫器官脾组织学改变。方法 采用 6 .0Gy 6 0 Co一次性辐射小鼠 ,尾静脉采血计数外周血白细胞 ,观察受照后第 7天脾组织学改变和 30d小鼠存活率。结果 NADH能够对抗受照后小鼠外周血白细胞减小 ,增加脾重量和脾指数 ,减小脾中央动脉出血 ,提高小鼠 30d存活率。结论 NADH具有明显的抗辐射作用 。 Objective To investigate effect of NADH on white blood cells in peripheral blood and histological changes of spleen in irradiated mice. Methods The male mice were randomized divided into three groups and exposed to 6.0 Gy 60 Co γ ray whole body irradiation. The peripheral white blood cell count were carried out in the blood obtained from the tail vein . The 30 day survival rate of mice was determined. Histological changes of spleen were observed by routine HE dye, and spleen weight and its index were also calculated at seventh day after irradiation. Results It was shown that the white blood cell count and 30 day survival rate were significantly increased in the irradiated and NADH treated mice compared with that in irradiated mice alone. Weight and index of spleen also increased , and the 30 day survival rate significantly increased from 14% to 72% in irradiated and NADH treated mice. The result of detection of splenic histology indicated that central arterial bleeding of spleen was lesser in irradiated and NADH treated mice.Conclusion NADH may have marked antiradiation effect. How ever , further investigation is needed.
