补体分子C1q具有调节各种细胞反应的能力。近年 ,随着C1q功能研究的深入 ,发现许多细胞内或者细胞表面存在结合C1q的蛋白或者受体 ,如C1qRp、gC1qbp、C1qRo2 - 、钙网素 CRT cC1qR 胶凝素受体、CR1。其中某些蛋白除结合C1q外还结合其它配体。

C1q, a subunit of C1, has the ability to regulate the reaction of several types of cells.With more and more new functions of C1q proved, new cell surface receptors and intracellular C1q binding proteins were found,including C1qRP, gC1qbp, C1qRo 2- ,calreticulin/CRT/cC1qR/collectin receptor and CR1. Besides binding C1q, some receptors or C1q binding proteins can bind others ligands.
