摘要
CCL趋化因子在嗜酸性细胞的募集中起着重要的作用 ,而嗜酸性细胞的募集是变应性鼻炎发生发展的关键。本文综述了CCL趋化因子中Eotaxin。
CCL chemokines play an important role in the recruitment of eosinophils, which are considered to be the key in the development of allergic rhinitis. The article summarizes the role of CCL chemokines (Eotaxin, RANTES and MCPs) in allergic rhinitis.
