视网膜下腔免疫赦免的研究进展

Recent advances in research of immune privilege in subretinal space

免疫赦免是眼免疫系统的重要特征 ,目前为止眼前房的免疫赦免研究较为清楚 ,但对SR免疫赦免的研究相对较少。本文就近年来视网膜下腔免疫赦免的研究综述如下 ,主要从视网膜下腔免疫赦免地位的确立、免疫赦免的机制、临床意义以及未来的研究方向 4个方面进行讨论。

Immune privilege is one important characteristics of oral immune system. Up to now, immune privilege of anterior chamber has been studied well, but there is relatively a few study on immune privilege of subretinal space. This review focuses on why subretinal space has characteristic of immune privilege , mechanism of immune privilege, clinical significance and its development.
